Invitation and campus drive publishing:
Once the invitation to visit the campus for placement drive is confirmed by SynapseIndia recruitment team, campus placement drive details should be mentioned on college/university website and other social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc at least 7 days before the campus date. All information should be mentioned correctly on college/university website for campus i.e. company name (SynapseIndia), eligibility, package, job details etc.
Eligibility criteria to appear in campus recruitment drive:
- B. Tech. (CS, IT, ECE / EEE)
- M. Tech.
Campus Recruitment process :
- Written test
- Face to face interview in campus
- Face to face interview at SynapseIndia OR Telephonic/Skype interview for outstation candidates (Terms & conditions apply)
Offer and acceptance:
- SynapseIndia will announce the final results for offering within 30 days of all interviews completion date at SynapseIndia premise.
- Offer letter will be issued to student after successful face to face interview rounds only at SynapseIndia premise or Telephonic/Skype interview rounds
- All offered students will be joining as a Trainee for 1 year after which their appraisals will be done as per their performance and company norms
